To access Section 40.2 of RA 12009 resources, please:

• Username: provide the username for your account in the 'username' entry box. For agencies who registered to the PhilGEPS Virtual Store (VS), you may use your VS username to login.
• Password: please provide the password in the 'password' entry box. For first time login, the default password is your registered email in Virtual Store (VS). Please change your password immediately upon login.
